The company is currently embarking on the commercial production of demulsifying agent, where the first phase would see a combined yearly production capacity of 250,000 metric tons for both oily sludge and natural asphalt demulsifying agents, with the final phase reaching a combined yearly production of 1.5 million metric ton.

TONG GEE PUN
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Mr. Tong Gee Pun is the Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 15 years of experiences in corporate finance. He is also the Director of Great Asphalt. The core business of Great Asphalt is the development of natural asphalt mines and the promotion of integrated use of natural asphalt.
Mr. Tong Gee Pun graduated from University Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor Degree in Maritime Technology. He is experienced in the field of corporate financing, covering various fields of financing solutions, fund-raising and capital market operation solutions.
He served as the Executive Director and Vice President for Ho Wah Genting Berhad, a listed company in Malaysia for 4 years, mainly responsible for corporate finance, the exploration, development, mining and smelter development business of minerals (magnesium, tin, zirconium) and their investment portfolio. He has repeatedly participated in business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and listing cases.

LEE WEE KENG
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Mr. Lee Wee Keng serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the group.
He has 26 years of working experience in both Malaysia and Vietnam mainly in quarrying and mineral industries. He worked for Imerys Vietnam and Imerys Malaysia as General Manager and Financial Controller from 2002 to 2018. Prior to that he was with Hansen Building Material from 1997 to 2002 as Accounting & Commercial Manager with Arthur Andersen from 1993 to 1997.
Mr. Lee Wee Keng holds an MBA from Victoria University of Melbourne and Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from University of Malaya. He is a Chartered Accountant of both Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) & Certified Public Accountant of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) since 1996.
TAN JIAN BAO
CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER (COO)
Mr. Tan Jian Bao, from Hainan, China, graduated from Guangdong Zhaoqing University, majoring in inorganic chemistry, a professional petrochemical engineer. He is also currently the project director of Great Asphalt.
Mr. Tan Jian Bao has approximately 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He has been engaged in different positions in various fields of petroleum industry; such as oil depot construction, oil products, asphalt production and blending, sales and management.
Mr. Tan Jian Bao worked in the oil depots in Guangzhou and Zhuhai for a length of time and has since then created a wide network in the industry. He has connections with many large refineries and oil depots in Guangzhou and Zhuhai region, including Foshan PetroChina Fuel Asphalt Co Ltd (State-owned enterprise), Zhuhai Haiti Liqing Co Ltd (Foreign), Foshan Ruifeng Petrochemical Ranliao Limited Company (Hong Kong Listed Company), etc.
RUDY MATURBONGS, S. T.
CHIEF MINING OFFICER (CMO)
Mr. Rudy is the Chief Mining Officer of Great Asphalt.
Mr. Rudy graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus Makassar in 2001 and has about 20 years of experience in the Indonesia mining industry.
Mr. Rudy has been engaged in mining and management of various minerals. Mainly iron sand, nickel ore, chrome ore and natural asphalt, and management experiences in various fields of the industry. He has accumulated rich experiences in positions such as sales management, mine operations director, company director and mine site management. He served as a sales engineer for Shell Oil Industrial Lubricant and Lincoln Electric Welding Equipment, foreign companies in Indonesia.
CHENG CHENG GAO
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
Mr. Cheng Cheng Gao, is the Chief Technology Officer of Great Asphalt. He is a registered senior engineer in municipal road and bridge construction, registered safety engineer, second grade road and municipal constructor.
Mr. Cheng Cheng Gao’s strength is in project management, he participated in the construction of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Maoming-Zhanjiang Expressway, Shaoguan Avenue, Renhua Section of National Road G106, Xiaokeng Section of Provincial Road S251, Shaoguan Furongshan Pavement Improvement Project (asphalt pavement), Shaoguan City and Counties Technical guidance for road surface (white to black) asphalt pavement projects, amongst other important projects.
His research expertise are in housing municipal and highway construction project management, engineering project construction technology and material application and analysis. Teaching and training includes participated in a number of training courses organized by Guangdong Construction Education Association, Guangdong Construction Supervision Association, Shaoguan Organization Department, Shaoguan Housing and Construction Bureau, Shaoguan Construction Agency, and Shaoguan Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureaus.
DR AGUS KUSWANTO
Technical Advisor
Dr. Agus Kuswanto, from Bandung, Indonesia, graduated from the Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) in 1990 and received a doctorate in environmental science from University of Indonesia in 2015. He is currently also the director of PT Aresthindo Geotama, an industrial minerals mining contractor company in Indonesia, and a senior geologist and owner of PT Geoscan Eksplorasindo, a geological and geophysical consultants located in Bandung.
He was admitted as a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) in 2015. Only chartered members are qualified to make a geological survey report with Joint Ore Reserve Committee (JORC) standards. Dr. Agus is a Competent Person of Indonesia (CPI) for mineral industry, who is qualified to make a report or statement concerning exploration results. Besides that, he is also a member of Association of Indonesian Mining Professionals (PERHAPI) and Indonesian Geologists Association (IAGI).
He was a geologist in Mineral Resource Development Center, Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT), with the scope of work: exploration and resources estimation of mineral industries in Indonesia. Later, he also serves as a senior geologist at mining companies, namely PT Big Blue Resources and PT TET Global.
DR MOHD ROZI UMOR
Technical Advisor
Dr. Mohd Rozi Umor, born in Kelantan, Malaysia, graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with a bachelor’s degree (1996) and master’s degree (1999), and received a Ph.D. from University of Malaya (UM) in 2009. He serves as a geological specialist professor in the Department of Earth Sciences and Environmental in UKM.
His research expertise is in mineralogy, geochemistry and petrology to determine the tectonic evolution of rock formations. He is also doing research on mineral exploration and reserves estimation and geophysics, as well as environmental issues and assessment reports – EIA, EMP and ERP. Dr. Mohd Rozi Umor’s lectures in UKM include earth systems, optical mineralogy, petrology, Malaysian geology and applied geochemistry, and mineral deposit evaluation.
Dr. Mohd Rozi Umor started some research projects in 2000 and served as the project leader. He completed projects such as the use of trace elements to re-ensure a new geochemical method for the genesis of Kelantan JELI rocks in 2003. He also completed a study on the genesis of igneous rocks based on rock age and geochemistry in Pangkor Island as well as the research review of the petrogenesis of the geochemical relationship in the Gunung Benom Rock oil field in Pahang in 2005.
